Halali Campsite suits self-drive campers who want a central, budget-friendly base inside Etosha National Park, roughly halfway between Okaukuejo and Namutoni.

Halali Campsite sits centrally inside Etosha, between the Okaukuejo area (near Andersson Gate) and the Namutoni area (near Von Lindequist Gate), rather than right next to either entrance gate itself.

Campers should bring their own tents and camping equipment, and book ahead where possible, as inside-park camping spots can fill up during busier periods.

If you would prefer more comfort than camping, Halali Camp next door offers rooms and bush chalets. For other inside-park options, consider the camps around Namutoni or Okaukuejo.
